Your mission

We are currently seeking an analytical and entrepreneurial individual to become a key contributor on the e-commerce team as an Affiliate Marketing Specialist. This individual will have the unique opportunity to drastically grow the affiliate program and own a substantial revenue stream. They will work closely with our e-commerce team, brand marketing team, and agency partners to grow and optimize our affiliate marketing business. They will develop innovative ways to reach a larger audience, maintain our brand identity, and drive traffic to the brand site. Candidates must be comfortable with ambiguity and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. This position will report directly the Head of E-Commerce in Foxboro, MA.

Key responsibilities

• Day-to-day management: o Be the main point of contact for all things related to the affiliate program o Monitor publisher content to ensure consistent branding and enforce brand guidelines o Ensure affiliate publishers are engaged and growing o Push our affiliate agency partners to drive efficient program growth o Assess competitive landscape to identify opportunities to grow the affiliate program • Relationships: o Manage relationships with our affiliate network, agency, and partners o Build long-term profitable relationships with our top publishers to ensure they stay engaged in the program • Analysis: o Conduct in-depth analysis to ensure affiliate program is hitting ROI targets o Analyze sales and traffic to identify key publishers to focus on and grow the program with o Take advantage of internal analytics tools as well as additional data sources and tools provided by our affiliate network partner • Cross-functional collaboration: o Work cross-functionally to source deals and content to share with affiliate program partners • Strategy and growth: o Actively look for creative ways to grow the affiliate marketing program o Stay updated on and actively pursue potential placement opportunities and partnerships • Communication: o Provide regular feedback, reporting, insights, and recommendations to the team o Present on the current status and future of affiliate to senior leadership on a regular basis

Your profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or related field • 1+ years in sales, marketing, or account management • Self-starter capable of independent management of multiple projects • Strong organizational skills to ensure proper planning and execution • Basic understanding of online performance marketing • Exceptional attention to detail • Outstanding written and oral communication skills • Creative mindset • Comfortable with ambiguity • Ability to present findings in a clear, concise, and actionable way • Bias for action
